How long can I keep the dumpster?
Homeowners get 1–7 days, contractors get 1–21 days. Need more time? Extra days are just $10/day.
What's the difference between a standard 20-yard and the clean-fill 20-yard?
Our standard 20-yard dumpster ($465, 2 tons) is for general debris and household cleanouts. Our clean-fill 20-yard ($465, up to 15 tons) is strictly for single-material loads — clean concrete, clean dirt, or clean brick only, not mixed.
Do you offer washout services?
Yes — we offer a 10-yard concrete washout box with a liner included. Contact us for current pricing.
What items can't go in the dumpster?
Tires, Freon appliances, hazardous or medical waste, paint, batteries, and flammable materials are all prohibited. Tires and Freon appliances may incur additional fees if included.
Do you work with contractors on long-term or permanent placements?
Yes — we offer compactor services and permanent roll-off placement with custom pricing for businesses with ongoing needs.
What happens with the debris after pickup?
It goes to our own Materials Recovery Facility, where we work with IDEM to sort and divert as much material as possible from the landfill.
